
Marc Rewinkel, worked at multiple Michelin starred restaurants throughout the world. Among them are Michel Guerard - Les Prés d'Eugénie(France) and the former nr.1 restaurant in the world El Bulli
in Cala Montjoi (Spain).
In 2003 he worked as a sommelier for Cunards legendary oceanliner Queen Mary 2 at the Todd English restaurant and the Queens Grill.Here Marc studied for two and a half years on board this legendary ship masters of wine under the guidance of British wine critic, writer, auctioneer at Cristies and Decanter columnist Michael Broadbent MW.
Marc's kitchen is best described as clean yet exciting, with traditional flavors in a refreshing new hot modern style using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
